Los Alamos National Laboratory Post Masters Program in Los Alamos, New Mexico

Program Description The post-master's category of the GRA program offers graduate students the opportunity to participate in the GRA program after receiving a master's degree. This category applies to those students who have been awarded a master's degree within the past 3 years, but have not yet been accepted into a second master's program or a Ph.D. program. Post-masters students may remain in this category for up to one year.

Education Completion of a Masters degree with a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.2.

Notes The intent of this program is for the student to prepare for acceptance into another graduate program (MS or Phd) by taking any required entrance exams and applying to programs while gaining additional research/work experience.

New-Employment Drug Test: The Laboratory requires successful applicants to complete a new-employment drug test and maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.
