What You Will Do

As a member of the TA-55 Radiological Liquid Waste (RLW) Team, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the facility operations staff with control retrofits and software additions to the facility as required.

What You Need

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Experience with SCADA system configurations and methodologies.

  • A general understanding of PLC based control methodologies.

  • A general understanding of instrumentation and control methodologies.

  • Experience with Building Automation systems.

  • A general understanding and demonstrable ability to use industry standard drawings such as Electrical One-Lines, P&IDs;, PFDs, Network Architecture Diagrams, Loop and Connection Diagrams, Panel Layouts.

  • Experience in programming Rockwell Automation Contrologix Control Systems.

  • Experience working with power systems and high voltage electrical systems as they pertain to the control system’s integration.

  • Experience with database structures and configurations.

  • Excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with instrumentation and control systems.

  • ISA CCST certified.

Education: Position requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 3-5 years related work experience.
