What You Will Do
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the annual Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting process and the submission of Forms 1095 C and 1094 C. In addition, you will be responsible for analysis of Benefit data, monthly reporting on various metrics and identifying claims trends for use in benefit plan design. This position requires a high level of analytical ability and customer service.

Demonstrated ability to mine and extract workforce and HR data from multiple sources.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret HR data and convert the data to information.
Knowledge of ACA reporting and filing requirements.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Expertise in manipulating and analyzing data.
Demonstrated skills in relational database management and support, including MS SQL, Oracle, OBI reporting.
Advanced knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, and SQL Server, and R.
Strong problem solving skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
Demonstrated ability to identify issues needing discussion and to work with key stakeholders to address the issues.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to present findings to diverse audiences.
Knowledge of HR Information Systems.
Experience working with Benefits data.
Education Required: Position typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum eight years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At this level, post-graduate course work may be desirable.
