Los Alamos National Laboratory Computational Imaging Postdoc in Los Alamos, New Mexico
What You Will Do
We have an immediate opening for a creative and resourceful postdoctoral researcher with strong computational skills and experience in imaging inverse problems (e.g. tomography, ptychography, phase retrieval for coherent imaging, etc.). We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to join a multidisciplinary research team consisting of electrical engineers, applied mathematicians, computational scientists and domain experts to contribute to our research in developing novel math and algorithms to address some of the unique imaging inverse problems associated with the numerous scientific imaging programs at LANL.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Solid publication record in relevantareas
Good oral and written communicationskills
Ability to work creatively and independently as well as in a teamenvironment
Education/Experience: A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, Computational Sciences, or closely related field is required.
The candidate must have completed all Ph.D. requirements by commencement of the appointment and be within 5 years of completion of the Ph.D
