What You Will Do_
Position to support LOG-HERG administration business functions through the use of data and metrics within CMMS systems. Applicant must be able to generate reports and document processes to maintain LOG-HERG business performance requirements. Develops, monitors, and validates accuracy, and auditing of performance data, reports, and other statistical information. Maintains database and other maintenance programs as required for use in the development of performance measurements and other required data administration. Evaluates processes, programs, and procedures for potential improvements. Develops and maintains maintenance policies, processes, procedures and provides training in support of the conduct of maintenance program.

Maintains required safety and security training, assures safety and security compliance, and makes safety and security an integral part of every task, including taking the necessary steps to stop work if continuing the job is unsafe. Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting governmental regulations and Laboratory policies impacting the vehicle/equipment maintenance program to ensure compliance.
Expert skills in SharePoint. Build and implement SharePoint LOG group sites incorporating LOG business rules and processes.
Develop and edit website content in support of the Logistics Division.
Develops, interprets and validates accuracy, and auditing performance data, reports, and other statistical information to ensure compliance with safety, quality, budget and schedule.
Develops complex data queries and develops reports required for use in development of performance measurements and other status reports (PM Compliance, Equipment Downtime, Warehouse Issues).
Annual LOG-HERG budget development and tracking to include the use of reports from Oracle, AssetSuites and AssetWorks.
Evaluates and analyzes processes, programs, and procedures for potential improvements.
Provides general issues management support, reviews and compiles data, and assists in the development of final management assessments and/or recommendations.
Develops and conducts training for LOG-HERG maintenance personnel on maintenance program and evaluates and critiques performance.
Implements related documentation systems and ensures compliance with all applicable document control and records management activities and security/compliance implications.
May provide formal and informal training in the use of various LOG-HERG maintenance program processes and evaluate and critique performance.
Performs periodic reviews and assessments to ensure maintenance programs are implemented.
Serves as liaison between the LOG-HERG and various Laboratory groups.
Understands and adheres to all Laboratory and industry regulatory guidance and governance specific to maintenance and quality assurance programs.
Fosters a mutually respectful work environment that is free from discrimination and harassment.
Ability to enter equipment resources into facility computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for revenue purposes.
Support various LOG-HERG project initiatives.
What You Need
Minimum Job Requirements:
Intermediate understanding and experience developing performance assurance metrics using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Excel.
Working knowledge of and experience with document control and records management.
Experience and demonstrated skill in conducting research, investigating alternative solutions, and recommending solutions on complex problems affecting facility maintenance and performance assurance.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
Skill in the preparation and presentation of reports.
Expert skills in Microsoft Office products heavily focused on SharePoint.
Working knowledge of policy and strategy performance assurance, including policy and procedure development, implementation, and enforcement.
Understanding of work hazards, safety practices policies and procedures.
Ability to conceptualize and communicate major elements of processes supporting the maintenance program to both technical and non-technical personnel.
Ability to self-supervise.
Working knowledge of the Laboratory's quality assurance policies, practices, and procedures.
Working knowledge of legal requirements and environmental impacts affecting maintenance management.
Working knowledge of Laboratory business and maintenance program systems.
Education:Position typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At this level, post graduate course work may be expected.
