  • Experience with macromolecular structural modeling
  • Proven skills in homology modeling
  • Experience with Rosetta, Alpha Fold and molecular dynamics simulations
  • Deep knowledge of physical properties of proteins/peptides
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in the English language as evidenced by a strong publication record
  • Ability and eagerness to work in a collaborative team environment

Education/Experience: Ph.D. in a relevant STEM field such as computational Biology, Chemistry, or Physics completed within the last 5 years.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge in protein modeling
  • Experience with enhanced sampling methods, multi-scale simulation and flexible docking
  • Experience with modeling proteins using alternative disulfide bond patterns
  • Experience with protein/peptide binder design
Work Location: The work location for this position is onsite and located in Los Alamos, NM. All work locations are at the discretion of management.

Note to Applicants:

The position is for two years, with a third year possible contingent on excellent performance. The application package consists of a CV and a cover letter.
