What You Will Do

As part of the Weapons Mission Services Division's (WMS-DO) Programmatic Mission Support Services (WMS-3) group, you will use your skills and subject matter expertise to support training programs for one of the most important research institutions in the world. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement new processes, programs, supporting both small and large training projects.

Ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and provide guidance on use of LANL business systems (i.e. Oracle, UTrain, Issues Management, etc.). Ability to effectively manage multiple, overlapping software tools and applications.
Critical Thinking
Entry-level experience in conducting research, investigating alternative solutions, and recommending solutions on problems affecting facility operations and operational quality assurance.
Communication
Basic ability to conceptualize and communicate program requirements and detailed elements to both technical and non-technical personnel. Demonstrated skill with interpersonal, written, and verbal communications.
Customer Service
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide clear, concise support and guidance to others in sometimes stressful situations. Ability to interact professionally with all types of personnel, including external interfaces and executive management.

Directive 206.2 - Employment with Triad requires a favorable decision by NNSA indicating employee is suitable under NNSA Supplemental Directive 206.2. Clearance: Q (Position will be cleared to this level). This position requires a Q clearance. and obtaining such clearance requires US Citizenship except in extremely rare circumstances. Dependent upon the position, additional authorization to access classified information may be required, which may or may not be available to dual citizens. - Course scheduling, including managing and implementing complex, overlapping schedules
- Prepares and manages live course training materials (workbooks, pamphlets, supplies, etc.)
- Learning Management System Administration (training assignments, issuing credit, managing course registration, creating scheduled offerings, course management, running reports
- Effectively utilize data from multiple applications to collate information to support customer service
- Training Program implementation, administration, coordination, and planning

- Must have earned an Associate's or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or international equivalent) within the last 3 years in an appropriate field,
- Must have graduated with a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
