  • Partner with production planning and control scheduling, facility maintenance and work management leaders to align resources, schedules, and priorities with mission needs. Ensure work is planned, coordinated, and executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with operational priorities.
  • Champion compliance with safety requirements, authorization-basis requirements, institutional policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase facility and programmatic systems reliability, reduce costs, and strengthen maintenance performance.
  • Support the development and implementation of effective, sustainable reliability-based maintenance program.
  • Apply strong technical judgment to resolve complex engineering, maintenance, and work execution challenges.
  • Build a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
  • Implement the Integrated Safety Management (ISM) line management responsibilities for their organization including but not limited to integrating safety into every task, pausing/stopping work, modeling exemplary behavior, fostering open communication, engaging workers in the field, rewarding positive behavior and addressing deficiencies through accountability.
